Read Meta School is delighted to announce that applications are now open for this year’s student leadership roles. These positions are an exciting opportunity for students to make their voices heard, contribute to the school community, and develop lifelong skills in leadership, teamwork, and confidence.

Available Roles for 2025
We are offering a variety of leadership roles tailored to different year groups and areas of interest:
Head Boy / Head Girl (Year 11 only)
Represent the student body, work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, co-host events, and lead on student voice initiatives.
Wellbeing Councillors (Secondary only)
Promote student wellbeing through awareness campaigns, check-ins, and resources supporting emotional and mental health.
Class Councillors (Primary only)
Support form tutors, celebrate class achievements, and share updates at Headteacher Connect.
Peer Mentors / Coaches (Years 10–11)
Guide and support younger students, offering advice on study skills, time management, and confidence building.
Digital Forum Leaders
Act as online moderators, promote e-safety, and provide feedback on digital platforms to enhance learning.
Learning Forum Leaders
Gather feedback on lessons, work with staff to improve learning experiences, and support peer learning initiatives.
Islamic Studies Ambassadors
Support Islamic Studies clubs, events, and competitions, and promote Islamic learning across the school community.
